CUSTOMIZED FOOD PLAN
Do you want a diet plan with no other advise or coaching? Then we can meet once, online or in one of my two offices, and after a careful visit you get your food planning.
> The first consultation has a cost of 130 euros, that includes your diet plan en the personal mix of Bach flowers.
> Every subsequent single consultation costs 95 euro.

HOLISTIC TRANSITION

The Holistic Transition option is about a review of your meal plan, without radical disruptions to your usual diet.
​
We start introducing new habits in small steps, you receive informative material to facilitate your transition to a more holistic and profound life experience.
This package includes 1 first consultation, 2 following meetings, all the working material (customized menu, Holistic Transition program, diary template, fooding tables) and the Bach flower mix that will be delivered directly to your home.

> The cost of the Holistic Transition is 360 euros.

After this period you can choose to continue the "transition" path or you can decide to accelerate the march by moving to the Holistic Semester, by paying only the difference between the two.

The cost of the consultations following this package is 85 euros, always including the Bach flower mix.

HOLISTIC SEMESTER
The path begins with the first talk, an extensive review of the patient's psychophysical state, of the desires, goals, commitment and expectations.
I will explain you my working method and we agree the best communication way for you.
Following this you will receive all the material and instructions necessary to undertake your personalized wellness program.

The Holistic Semester includes 1 first consultation, 5 following consultation, all the working material and weekly feedback (customized menu, Holistic Semester program, diary template, food tables, coaching package) and the Bach flower mix that will be delivered directly to your home.
The cost of the Holistic Semester is 640 euros.

At the end of the Holistic Semester, the patient does not need to communicate often but it is essential to maintain the successes achieved in the heart of personalized therapy.
Occasional consultations will be useful to take stock of the situation and review the Bach flower mix.
The cost of the consultation following this package is 85 euros, always including the Bach flower mix.
